It gives me great joy to advise anyone left who still remembers Bill Potts (little drummer boy in the PHS Orchestra and Big Red Band)that he continues to occupy space above ground on this here earth in a small village some 45 miles west of London, England. Retired now, Pat and I take full advantage of the travel conveniences available here and will be in Parkersburg for a couple of weeks from the 1st of May 2012. Any one still there?

It is sad to let you know that our classmate Steve Howard Jackson passed way yesterday, June 23, 2011. His complete obituary is not yet in the Parkersburg newspaper but I had received word from Betty Ball Tice yesterday.
Steve was a generous supporter of our class reunions through the years with his beautiful art drawings that we auctioned at our reunions. He was always so very appreciative of the work Sharon and I have provided for this website and for our class directory. He never failed to thank us. He will be missed.
Our condolences to his family and friends.

I find it very sad that the only use of this feature of "our" webpage is to announce deaths. It should also be used to announce the joyous occasions that I am sure our classmates are encountering.

I would like to thank all of those who had such wonderful words to say about my dad, Dick Wieder. It has been seven months today that we lost this wonderful man and we continue to miss him like is was yesterday.
Thank you for keeping him alive through your postings.
