With all due respects to everyone involved, I was the one who precipitated the "tests" in this guestbook. I was having problems with my software accessing and using this site, so I asked Sharon for help. With her assistance I am now able to correspond with others and use this site in an effective manner. I certainly do apologize for creating any inconvenience for my fellow classmates.

I am not sure I understand what this web page is all about. I have been trying to reach a few friends, without success. A few is all I had. Too many have gone to be with the Lord. I have just recently been diagnosed with cancer. I have every intention of being a survivor. I am the picture of health and kicked me in the teeth. Maybe nobody in the class of 1960 knows of the existance of this site, or maybe nobody cares. How about we pray and give encouragement to those in the class that need it and reach out, just to show each other that we care? Hey guys, we are all we have. When the last person from the class of 1960 dies, we are finished! I would rather log on and add encouragement than log on to read tests? I have had a million prayers and I am willing to give a million more. Where do we hurt? Talk to us!
Love ya guys!

I was just wandering if anyone else in the class of '60 lost their father in WWII. If so, please contact me. I have become associated with a group of people located throughout the US who lost their father in the war and would like to discuss different aspects of growing up in this situation.

Last Wed (4/19/06) I had a friend that I grew up with, went thru grade and High School together, Graduated with, to come down to visit me, we hadn't seen each other in 46 years.
What a great time we had, yes he left today (4/25/06) Dave rode his
Motorcycle 900 miles from Ohio to where I live. We talked about all those good memories of School and all the good things we done in growing up.
He seen his first ever Gator (Alligator) we went to the Ocean and he took pictures (he never has seen
the Atlantic Ocean) and yes I over ate, what a joy and blessing it was to have him in my home and for us to share our past memories.
Dave wants to make this a yearly tradition from now on. Dave is Married but his wife didn't come with him, she wanted us to spend the time together and did we ever have a good time.
We looked thru our year book to see some friends that have died and some
that nobody knows where they are.
Some of you know Dave Walters as we all were together in School, sure wish all of you could have been here.
Dave recently retired and said he was coming down.... can you imagine after 46 years what all you would talk about ? we covered all the bases, the good and the bad, all the Cute girls and of course some of the not so cute girls, not that we were the best looking guys in School.
Now as I sit here I watch the clock and wonder where he is with hopes he has a very safe trip back home and will look forward to next year when he and his wife will come down. We have
called each other sinse he has left so
at least I know he is ok.
if you want something special to happen in your life just have a friend from years back to come and visit, it will be a big blessing for you and one you will always cherish as 2 friends try and make up for 46 years of lost time of being close.
Again what a blessing Dave has been to me in visiting me.

Just a note to let you know that Jim Dye passed away on March 11th, 2006. Jim received a heart transplant Sept. 9, 1999 but unfortunately other health issues became a problem in the last couple of years.

I have lost track of everybody. Please email and let me know where you are, what you are doing and if God has been good to you. I retired at the age of 62 (last year) and started my second career. My wife of 29 years and I are Independent Consultants for Arbonne International. Arbonne is a 25 year old company selling health and beauty care products, plus a great business opportunity. The products work. Email and I will send a current photo of the family. The proof is in the photo.
Please stay in touch.
